Patricia Stanberry did an excellent job in selling my home, she actively worked with me, and for me to accomplish an expedient sale for both myself and the buyer. I will just list a few of the ways she went out of her way to enable the sale. Water testing, she collected the water delivered it to the testing site, scheduled with the well company to treat the well all while communicating with us while we were on vacation. In addition to that she suggested and lead us in getting the air-conditioning corrected, the storage building leveled and she did this with a professional friendly attitude.
