Patricia Stanberry did an excellent job in selling my home, she actively worked with me, and for me to accomplish an expedient sale for both myself and the buyer. I will just list a few of the ways she went out of her way to enable the sale. Water testing, she collected the water delivered it to the testing site, scheduled with the well company to treat the well all while communicating with us while we were on vacation. In addition to that she suggested and lead us in getting the air-conditioning corrected, the storage building leveled and she did this with a professional friendly attitude. Patricia is a pleasure to work with and she will get the job done.

Patricia Stanberry is a top notch, professional realtor. She is honest with the buyer and seller and always dependable in following up w/ you in a timely manner. We live out of state, quite a distance away and had Patricia list some mountain acerage we had, She found a buyer and since we were unable to come up for the closing, she handled our end thru the help of our attorney. Patricia also set up appts to have a soil perk test done, a professional to check our deep well, and whatever else that was required. She was careful to see that we received all the necessary documentation, receipts, and necessary tax information. We currently have a house in Dillsboro, NC that we will probably be listing in the near future. I will definitely call Patricia to list it for us.
